The Albus variety belongs to the group of low-tannin faba beans, which increases the nutritional value of the grain and improves protein digestibility. The plant has an indeterminate growth type and pure white flowers, which distinguishes it from traditional high-tannin forms.

The primary purpose of the variety is the production of high-protein feed for livestock. During variety trials, the variety demonstrated high productivity indices among low-tannin varieties.
