The variety was developed based on an endemic population growing in the Erea mountains. The plant has a medium height up to the inflorescence level and is distinguished by rapid vegetative growth. The medium-sized seeds have a spherical shape and mottled brown color; the thousand kernel weight is approximately 7.18 g.
The variety possesses high biomass productivity, is characterized by a shortened period between flowering and pod formation, and their simultaneous ripening. The crop demonstrates tolerance to infection by downy mildew Peronospora viciae and is adapted to the climatic conditions of the Mediterranean.
