The flowers are medium-sized, fragrant, and characterized by a black color with a tiny yellow eye. The plant forms a compact, rounded, and spreading bush with rounded medium-green leaves with a serrated edge.

The variety blooms profusely and almost continuously from spring to autumn. It possesses winter hardiness in USDA zones 6–9. Suitable for use in borders, group plantings, rock gardens, and container cultivation.
