Variety description

The flowers of the variety have a funnel shape and a rich dark purple or burgundy-purple color with a creamy yellow spadix. The leaves are dark green, arrow-shaped or heart-shaped, and decorated with characteristic white spots. The plant height ranges from 40 to 70 cm; a faint sweet fragrance is present.

Flowering occurs from June to August or September, with one flower stalk maintaining its decorative appearance for 3–4 weeks. The variety has low winter hardiness and requires digging up the tubers for winter in temperate climates, and also needs good soil drainage to prevent waterlogging.
