Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 30 to 70 cm. The spathe of the inflorescence has a bright cherry or dark purple color, its diameter varies from 6 to 14 cm. In the center is a spadix of a light shade. The leaves are dark green, arrow-shaped; some specimens have silvery-white spotting.

Flowering occurs in July–August; one flower stalk maintains its ornamental appearance for 20–30 days. The variety is heat-loving, has low winter hardiness, and requires moving indoors upon the arrival of cold weather. The plant prefers sunny locations with light shading, as well as fertile, drained, slightly acidic soils.
