A maize hybrid developed by the Dekalb company. In official documents of the 1970s, it was classified as a hybrid of the FAO 300 or higher maturity group.

In the 1970s, it was used in experiments on plant physiology and animal nutrition, and underwent variety trials in various regions, including the USA and Mauritius.
