The plant has a strong stalk and high resistance to loose smut, Helminthosporium leaf blight, and common smut. The hybrid is adapted to hot, arid conditions and various soil types, including poorly drained ones. Potential yield is up to 140 c/ha.
The primary area of use is grain production, as well as processing into starch and alcohol. In some cases, use for feed purposes is permissible.
