The variety is early-maturing; the vegetation period lasts about 90–95 days. The plants reach a height of 150–180 cm, grow vertically, and do not tiller. The ears are 12–14 cm long.

The grain is orange-yellow in color and is characterized by high vitreousness. The variety has a marked capacity for "popping" during heat treatment when the grain moisture reaches about 12%. Intended for food purposes.
