Plants reach a height of about 1.8 meters. Ears up to 20 cm long and 1.75 inches in diameter have a glossy appearance; bright yellow kernels are arranged in 14–16 rows. The sh2 type ensures high sugar content and slow conversion of sugars into starch after harvest.

The hybrid has resistance to rust, northern corn leaf blight, and anthracnose. The variety is recommended for cultivation for the needs of the fresh market and roadside trade.
