The Landmark F1 hybrid belongs to the sh2 supersweet corn type. The growing period is 70–75 days. The plant reaches a height of 195–200 cm and is capable of forming at least two cobs on the stem. The cobs are cylindrical in shape, 18–22 cm long and 4–6 cm in diameter, with kernels arranged in 12–14 rows.

The kernel is yellow or golden-yellow in color. The hybrid is suitable for machine harvesting and is characterized by the ability to be stored for a long time after harvest. The crop is suitable for both the fresh market and processing.

The plant possesses high resistance to smut and moderate resistance to Helminthosporium leaf blight. The hybrid exhibits plasticity to various growing conditions and drought tolerance. The recommended seeding rate is 50–75 thousand plants per hectare with a planting pattern of 75×25 cm.
