The Maysu F1 hybrid belongs to the sugary (su) group. The height of the first ear attachment is 60–70 cm. The ears have a diameter of 5.2 cm, and the kernel depth is 9–10 mm. The crop is characterized by good ear tip filling and reliable husk protection.

The plant is characterized by a strong stalk and resistance to lodging, as well as high adaptability to stress conditions. It possesses resistance to Maize dwarf mosaic virus. The hybrid is intended for industrial processing and fresh market sales, and it retains its commercial quality after harvest.
