The hybrid belongs to the sh2 (shrunken-2) type and is intended both for the fresh market and for industrial processing. The growing period ranges from 78 to 90 days, with the 80–86 day range being most frequently cited.
The vigorous plant reaches a height of 195–230 cm. The ears have a cone-cylindrical shape, a length of 24–30 cm, a diameter of about 5 cm, and contain 16–20 rows of deep yellow kernels.
