The variety is an open-pollinated "extra-sweet yellow" type adapted to organic farming methods. The plant reaches a height of up to 180 cm. The period from sowing to harvest is 90–100 days.

The variety forms uniform golden-yellow ears 20–21 cm long. Sugar in the kernels converts to starch more slowly than in traditional varieties. Seeds are suitable for self-saving and subsequent propagation.

Cultivation requires sunny, warm sites and a high supply of nutrients. Sowing in open field is carried out when the soil warms up to 12 °C.
