Variety description

The hybrid is an improved version of Dniprovskyi 181 SV and belongs to the FAO 180 maturity group. Plant height is 240–270 cm, and ears are attached at a height of 90–100 cm. The ear length reaches 20–24 cm, and they are conical-cylindrical in shape with a red cob. There are 14–16 rows of kernels per ear, with 35–40 kernels in each.

The grain is yellow-orange in color and of the flint-dent type; the thousand kernel weight is 250–270 g. The plant is noted for increased resistance to lodging, stalk breakage, and major diseases. The hybrid's high cold tolerance allows for an expansion of cultivation areas, including northern regions.

The hybrid is recommended for cultivation in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia zones and shows stable yields under irrigation conditions. Potential grain yield is 115–140 c/ha, and silage yield is 450–500 c/ha.
