The hybrid has a flint-dent grain type. Plants are distinguished by their ability to withstand hot weather, and ears are characterized by great length and a high degree of pollination. The starch content in the grain is approximately 58%.
The variety possesses high resistance to smut, and also displays tolerance to infection by Helminthosporium and Fusarium. The optimal plant density for cultivation is 75–80 thousand plants per hectare.
