The hybrid is a mid-early plant with a height of 280–290 cm and an ear placement height of 90–100 cm. The plant is of the stay-green type with semi-erect leaf orientation; the grain is dent-type. The ear contains 14–16 rows with 35–37 grains each; the thousand kernel weight varies from 310 to 320 g.
The plant is resistant to common smut, helminthosporiosis, and stalk and ear fusariosis, and possesses high tolerance to lodging. The hybrid is characterized by cold tolerance during the initial stages of vegetation and high drought tolerance. The yield potential is up to 15 t/ha.
For cultivation, a plant density of 80–90 thousand plants per hectare is recommended in zones with sufficient moisture, and 65–70 thousand plants per hectare in arid conditions. The hybrid reveals its potential under intensive cultivation technologies while maintaining adaptability to extensive methods.
