The PH75K line is not a commercial hybrid for commodity cultivation and represents auxiliary genetic material with fixed traits. It is used exclusively in breeding work to obtain high-yielding progeny.
This line is used as a parental component in the development of other maize lines. Its characteristics, such as yield, plant height, and ear insertion height, are used in breeding comparisons during the registration of new hybrids.
