The line is characterized by above-average stalk strength and good early growth indicators. It possesses resistance to anthracnose stalk rot and southern corn leaf blight, and also exhibits moderate resistance to northern corn leaf blight and gray leaf spot.
This inbred line is adapted for cultivation in the conditions of the Central Corn Belt and other regions of the USA, including the Southwestern, Northeastern, and Southeastern states.
