The PHCER line is starting breeding material and is not intended for cultivation for commercial purposes. It is used for the production of hybrid seeds by crossing with other lines, and also serves as a basis for creating new lines through backcrossing or genetic transformation to introduce targeted traits.
In patent literature, this line is used as a reference sample when comparing with new breeding materials. Detailed agronomic characteristics of the plant and quality indicators of the grain as a final commodity for this line are not defined, as its value lies in the genetic traits passed on to the offspring.
