The hybrid forms cylindrical cobs with semi-flint yellow grain. Plant height varies from 165 to 225 cm depending on growing conditions.
The grain contains approximately 9.9% protein and 72.2% starch; the thousand kernel weight is approximately 260 g. The hybrid is used both for grain production and silage, and is also recommended for forage purposes.
In literature, the hybrid may be referred to under the names Порумбень 176 МВ or Porumbeni 176 MRf.
