The hybrid belongs to the FAO 350–370 maturity group. Morphologically, it is a single-cross dent hybrid with yellow-colored grain. It was created by crossing inbred lines developed using genetic plasma from various groups, including Lancaster.
The thousand kernel weight is 292.2–309.9 g, and the test weight varies from 762 to 774 g/l. Grain moisture at harvest is 15.1–19.7%. Yield in production trials ranged from 7.78–9.23 t/ha. The hybrid is used as a standard in comparative trials of new varieties in the region.
