The line is pure and homozygous, which ensures phenotypic stability. It is not intended for commercial sowing but serves as a breeding tool for obtaining new hybrid combinations.
During the development of the line, selection was carried out for yield traits within hybrids, resistance to stalk lodging and diseases, grain quality, and the ability to germinate under unfavorable conditions.
Technologies for using the line include the possibility of creating transgenic plants and crossing with members of the Poaceae family, including the genera Zea, Tripsacum, and Sorghum.
