The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties «Пенсильванская кукуруза» and «Fleischmannov konský zub». It belongs to late varieties with a growing season from 135 to 150 days.
The plant is tall, reaching a height from 170 to 280 cm, and forms few tillers. Ears are cylindrical or conical in shape, located high on the stem. The grain is large, 12-rowed, orange-yellow in color.
In 1960, the variety was removed from official registers. It is currently used as a historical genotype for conducting genetic research.
