Turda 332 is a simple maize hybrid that forms plants approximately 241 cm tall with 16–17 leaves. Cylindrical ears are attached at a height of 90 cm and have 18–22 rows of dark yellow semi-dent grains with a red cob. The thousand kernel weight is 220–240 g.
The hybrid possesses good resistance to drought, heat, and low temperatures at the beginning of the growing season, is resistant to ear Fusarium, and moderately resistant to the European corn borer. It is an intensive type crop, responsive to fertilization, and requires a planting density of no more than 90,000 plants per hectare.
