The cultivation technology is based on maintaining a balance between vegetative and generative development throughout an extended crop cycle. During variety trials for greenhouse tomatoes, yield in kg/m², fruit marketability, and resistance to greenhouse-specific pathogens, such as Cladosporium leaf mold, are evaluated. Grafting techniques are also actively used to enhance the overall stress tolerance of the crop.
