The plant reaches 80–100 cm in height and width. Leaves are oval, serrated and glossy, remaining in mild climates and falling partially in cold ones. After the corollas fall, decorative rust-brown sepals remain on the shrub.
Flowering continues from July to October. The variety withstands temperatures down to -20°C (USDA zone 6b). Due to its compact size, the plant is suitable for container cultivation, border design, and use as a ground cover crop.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
