The variety forms a dense spreading shrub 1–2 meters in height with inclined branches. Leaves are glossy, dark green, and have a bronze or reddish-purple hue on young shoots. During the autumn-winter period, the foliage acquires purple-pink tones.
Flowering occurs from June to October with funnel-shaped lavender-pink flowers. After flowering is complete, decorative purple sepals remain. The plant prefers sunny locations, fertile drained soils, and tolerates pruning well.
The variety is resistant to diseases and pests. Regarding winter hardiness, it requires protection from severe frosts, especially at a young age, although it possesses a certain resistance for its species.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
