The variety is an ampelous plant with elongated dark green leaves. The surface of the leaf blade is pubescent (hairy), and leaf length ranges from 5 to 7.5 cm.

The flowers are tubular in shape, typical for this genus. Their diameter varies from 1.5 to 2 cm, and their length is 3.5–4 cm. The color of the flowers is represented by red and dark red tones with shades of brown.

The plant is used as a pot plant for interior landscaping and is well-suited for hanging baskets.
