The Little Dutch Blue variety, registered under the code LDB 14, is a compact perennial herbaceous plant. For optimal growth, the variety prefers open sunny sites.

The plant is intended for ornamental use in urban landscaping, on patios, or for container cultivation. In cold climates, the variety requires protection or moving indoors. Susceptibility to specific Agapanthus viral diseases is possible, as well as damage by slugs and snails.
