The lush bush possesses spear-shaped leaves 30–40 cm in length. The inflorescence is a spadix with a spathe, however, the main value of the variety lies in its decorative foliage. The plant contains calcium oxalates and is poisonous.

The variety is intended for interior landscaping, is capable of growing under artificial lighting, and tolerating dry air. The optimal temperature range is +20…+24 °C, while the plant is sensitive to cold and capable of withstanding values from +16 to +30 °C.
