Variety description

The plant has vigorous growth, reaching 50–70 cm in height and diameter; under favorable conditions, mature specimens can exceed 120 cm. Leaves are long, narrow, and have a bicolored pattern with a grayish-green central part and a solid green border.
The variety is intended for interior landscaping and is well adapted to low-light conditions. It is characterized by high disease resistance, tolerance to waterlogging or short-term drought, and is also capable of withstanding temperature drops down to +3°C without damage.
