Aglaonema Royal Diamond is an evergreen herbaceous plant with large, glossy, elongated, pointed leaves. The leaf blade coloration includes a light green center and a dark green margin, adorned with silvery stripes, spots, or dashes. The white coloration of the stems creates a pronounced contrast with the foliage.

The plant is medium-sized, reaching a height of 40–60 cm in indoor conditions and has a medium growth rate. The variety is intended for landscaping residential and office premises and tolerates partial shade well. To maintain its decorative appearance, bright diffused light, a temperature range of 18–30 °C, and high air humidity are required, while the plant is sensitive to excessive watering.
