The variety possesses high shoot density and has a medium-green color. It demonstrates excellent visual quality indicators throughout the year and is adapted to conditions of intensive low mowing to a height of less than 5 mm.
In specialized publications, it is noted that the variety may show susceptibility to Microdochium patch, known as snow mold, and is also prone to the influence of abiotic stresses in harsh winter conditions.
