Variety description

The variety is specialized for use on golf courses, including tees, fairways, and greens. It possesses high shoot density, fine leaf texture, and a medium-saturated green color. The plant forms short rhizomes and is distinguished by slow development, characteristic of this species.
The variety is resistant to Fusarium and salinity, maintaining good winter hardiness and ornamental value during the winter period. In an unmown state, it can reach 15–40 cm in height; however, the breeding qualities of the variety allow it to be adapted to an extremely low mowing regime.
Cleek is often used in professional grass mixtures together with other Agrostis varieties and fescue to ensure a high-quality and wear-resistant turf.
