The plant possesses short rhizomes and high shoot density. The variety demonstrates excellent resistance to Fusarium, as well as high tolerance to intensive wear and close mowing.
The primary application includes creating elite lawns and playing surfaces for golf. The variety is also widely used in seed mixtures for overseeding with the aim of displacing Poa annua.
