The variety forms a dense turf and possesses good resistance to diseases, in particular to rust and red thread. The plant tolerates low mowing well and possesses cold resistance.
Due to slow growth, the variety is successfully combined in grass mixtures with fescue. The main purpose includes creating high-quality lawns and professional golf courses, where it is used both in pure form and as part of mixtures.
