The variety is intended for use on sports turf, greens, tees and fairways of golf courses, as well as in sod production. The plant is characterized by a prostrate growth habit, high shoot density and rapid recovery in the spring period.
The variety possesses a fine leaf texture and good green color. A key feature is excellent resistance to brown patch caused by fungi of the genus Rhizoctonia. Also noted is rapid early spring green-up and stable productivity during the summer period.
