The variety is intended for use in landscaping sites, including golf courses. Morphologically, it is characterized by wider leaves and lower turf density compared to a number of other varieties of this crop.
A key advantage is its high winter hardiness and general endurance in a severe climate, particularly in Northern Scandinavia. At the same time, in terms of density and aesthetic indicators, the variety may be inferior to specialized grasses for intensive use.
