The variety is intended for the construction and overseeding of sports surfaces, including professional golf courses and bowling greens. It is used as a component of mixtures for species replacement aimed at displacing Poa annua.
The plant is characterized by high turf density, fine leaf texture, and good resistance to Microdochium patch. The variety is adapted to intensive maintenance, including low mowing down to 3 mm.
