The variety is intended for establishing professional lawns, in particular for overseeding or forming fairways and golf greens. The turf has high shoot density and an attractive leaf color, which is maintained in both summer and winter periods.
The plant demonstrates excellent winter hardiness, as confirmed by conditions in Scandinavia and Great Britain. The variety has high resistance to Microdochium infection, which causes snow mold.
