The variety forms a dense turf cover with dark green leaf color. Characterized by late spring green-up and a low shoot growth rate. Resistance to red thread disease is rated at 5 points on a 9-point scale.

The plant possesses high salt tolerance and winter hardiness, and tolerates low mowing well. The variety is intended for the creation of professional surfaces, including golf courses, bowling greens, and croquet lawns, and is also used in seed mixtures for landscaping.
