The variety is a stable and uniform loose-bunch grass that forms turf. Stems are smooth, erect, reaching a height of 1 to 1.2 meters. Leaves are characterized by a fine texture.

The plant belongs to cool-season grasses. The variety exhibits high salt tolerance, exceeding that of a number of other bentgrass varieties, and also possesses resistance to Helminthosporium.

The variety is intended for creating lawns, use in pasture and forage production mixtures, as well as for the reclamation of disturbed lands, erosion control, and overseeding of dormant warm-season grasses.
