It is distinguished by a powerful fibrous root system and high growth energy during the summer period, which ensures rapid recovery after damage. The variety exhibits adaptability to different soil types, including areas with fluctuations in pH levels and the use of treated wastewater.
The primary purpose is the creation of coverings for golf courses, including greens, tees, and fairways. It is used both in pure form and as part of grass mixtures to increase the stability and genetic diversity of the turf.
