The variety was obtained by selecting samples from golf courses and choosing low-growing plants from the seed stock. The grass stand has a blue-dark green color and high turf density.
Due to intensive stolon formation, the variety covers the surface quickly and is capable of self-repair. It is optimized for low mowing down to 2–3 mm and possesses increased competitiveness against Poa annua.
The grass is primarily intended for use on golf courses, including greens, tees, and fairways, as well as for creating highly decorative lawns.
