The variety is intended for the creation of high-quality sports surfaces, including golf course greens and tee boxes, as well as dense ornamental lawns. The plant forms soft leaves and possesses the ability for intensive growth.

Characterized by high stand density and the ability for rapid spring recovery. The variety exhibits tolerance to high temperatures and increased humidity, and is resistant to fungal diseases such as dollar spot and brown patch.

Morphologically, the variety forms extensive above-ground shoots (stolons), which ensures rapid spread of the sward. As a low-growing plant, the variety requires professional maintenance to maintain its qualities.
