The variety forms a dense turf with a bright green color and fine leaves. Propagation occurs through above-ground stolons, which form a dense carpet capable of withstanding mowing down to 3–6 mm.
The variety is demanding in terms of maintenance, including regular watering and disease control. In modern conditions, it is often superseded by breeding analogs that are more resistant to diseases such as dollar spot and Fusarium.
