The variety is characterized by an upright growth habit and the ability to form an aggressive, dense and compact sward. It possesses high competitiveness against Poa annua and resistance to diseases, as well as the ability for rapid recovery after damage.
The plant is specifically bred for the low mowing characteristic of golf course greens, but is also suitable for use on fairways, tees, bowling greens, croquet lawns and tennis courts. The variety requires intensive maintenance, including regular mowing and irrigation.
