The variety possesses moderate turf density and a dark green color; in terms of its morphological characteristics, including flag leaf height, it is similar to the Penncross variety. The genetic features of the variety allow it to be used to increase the diversity of turfgrass mixtures.
The plant demonstrates high salt tolerance, however, it is inferior to some varieties in heat tolerance. The variety is capable of competing with Poa annua, which allows its use on golf courses, including greens, tees, and fairways, as well as on lawns with intensive maintenance regimes.
