The variety is intended for creating high-quality coverage on greens, tees, and fairways. It features fine leaves and forms a dense turf, while being characterized as low-maintenance, requiring reduced application of fertilizers, pesticides, and water.
The plant possesses increased resistance to dollar spot, anthracnose, brown patch, and pink snow mold. Resistance to Poa annua invasion and a high capacity for rapid rooting during overseeding are noted, although development may be slower at initial stages.
