The variety forms dense sod with high shoot density and has an erect growth habit. The plant forms long, thin stolons, providing rapid filling of gaps and recovery of the surface. The foliage is colored in a moderately dark, bright green shade.
The plant possesses high resistance to dollar spot, anthracnose, Rhizoctonia, snow mold, and take-all patch, and also demonstrates good winter hardiness. The variety is adapted to intensive use and withstands mowing to a height of 3/16 inch or lower.
Intended for the establishment of greens, tees, and fairways on golf courses. Used both for initial seeding of areas and for overseeding and renovation.
